Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist

West Midlands Police is seeking a Recruitment and Onboarding Officer to guide candidates from application through onboarding and to advise hiring managers on selection, contracts and GDPR compliance.

You will work with the Employee Resourcing Supervisor to proactively fill officer and staff vacancies, while maintaining high levels of customer service for candidates and hiring managers across the CT policing network in the West Midlands.
