The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for managing the end to end recruitment lifecycle across assigned levels, namely manager and individual contributor roles for their assigned business areas. They will establish themselves as the subject matter expert in recruitment, working closely with their key stakeholders to meet the needs and support Primark's overall growth. In this role, the TA Advisor will work closely with stakeholders and the TA Sprecialist to help attract, hire, and engage talent, playing a key part in delivering an excellent candidate experience, supporting and coordinating hiring processes and driving data and insight led decisions.
This is a fixed term position until December 2027.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective hiring solutions.
- Source and attract talent through direct sourcing, social media, and AI tools.
- Conduct interviews and provide candidate assessments.
- Manage offers, onboarding, and recruitment administration.
- Track recruitment performance and maintain accurate ATS/CRM data.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure an excellent hiring experience.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and recruitment best practices.
- 2-3 years' full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in-house.
- Strong sourcing, talent attraction, and candidate engagement skills.
- Data-driven approach with experience using recruitment metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience using digital and social sourcing channels to build talent pipelines.
- GBS model experience is advantageous.
