Talent Acquisition / Recruiter ( Fixed-Term Contract)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven BPO Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Glasgow on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for high-volume customer service and business process outsourcing (BPO) roles. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to deliver quality hires within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for BPO and customer service positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone or virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
• Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and hiring progress.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with UK employment legislation and company policies.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events as required.
