Tagetik Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Tagetik Consolidation Support Consultants to join an international project supporting a leading Germany-based client. This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely as part of a collaborative team, providing functional support and expertise across the client's Tagetik Consolidation environment.

The successful consultant will play a key role in supporting business users, resolving system issues, maintaining consolidation processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Tagetik platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the CCH Tagetik Consolidation solution.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues within agreed SLAs.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial consolidation processes.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Work closely with Finance and IT teams to understand and resolve business requirements.
• Support configuration changes, testing, and deployment activities where required.
• Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Document support activities, known issues, and solutions.
• Liaise with technical teams and third-party vendors when necessary.
• Participate in user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience supporting CCH Tagetik Consolidation.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation and group reporting processes.
• Experience supporting Finance users in an enterprise environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with fluent English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience working within international project teams.
