Tableau Developer

We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer with a strong background in data visualization, business intelligence, and dashboard performance optimization. You'll be responsible for the complete Tableau dashboard development process-from structuring data and designing intuitive interfaces to implementation, interaction features, and performance tuning.

You should have extensive experience building large-scale, high-impact Tableau dashboards used in enterprise environments. Expertise in advanced Tableau features-including Level of Detail (LOD) expressions, parameter actions, context filters, and Row Level Security-is required. A strong grasp of BI data modelling, dashboard scalability, and user-centered design is essential. You should also be comfortable working independently, structuring your own tasks from high-level direction, and proactively improving existing solutions.

Experience with Tableau Server, ETL tools such as Dataiku, and a sharp eye for clean, intuitive visual design are strong advantages. Fluency in English and strong communication skills are essential, along with a collaborative mindset and the ability to act as a thought partner for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This is a contract role based on a hybrid working model .
