In this role, you will:

• Design and build impactful dashboards using Tableau Software.
• Connect data sources, including Salesforce (Marketing Cloud and beyond), to uncover actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into clear, visual answers.
• Apply data modelling techniques to enable self-service analytics.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to empower end users.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across Europe.
• Travel as needed within the DACH region.

• 3+ years of professional hands-on experience with Tableau.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven experience working with stakeholders and translating needs into solutions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, bridging technical and business audiences.
• Fluency in German and English (other languages are a plus).
• Based in the DACH region (ideally Düsseldorf, Cologne, or Berlin) with willingness to travel.

• Previous consulting or customer-facing experience.
• Knowledge of additional BI tools.
