TA & HLTA Specialist Classroom Support + Lunchtime Duty

Palladian Academy Trust is seeking a split-role Education Assistant at Churchfields, The Village School, Atworth and Monkton Farleigh. You will lead learning for one day per week as an HLTA and provide classroom support for four days as a TA, with additional lunchtime Midday Meals support.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Class Teachers and SENDCo, delivering planned activities and building home/school relationships to support pupils' progress.
