About the Role


We're looking for a Systems Support Specialist to join our team.

This role starts in technical support, working directly with customers, partners, and internal teams.

But this is not a traditional helpdesk role. We are looking for someone who:


  • Solves problems, not just tickets
  • Questions repetitive work
  • Uses AI to automate and improve processes


Over time, the goal is to reduce manual support work and build smarter systems that scale with the business.



What You'll Do


  • Manage and resolve technical support requests (helpdesk, email, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot issues across platforms, devices, and systems (software, hardware, IoT)
  • Investigate problems and follow them through to resolution
  • Work across multiple systems and technologies daily
  • Identify repetitive tasks and inefficiencies in workflows
  • Use AI tools to automate processes and reduce manual work
  • Contribute to building smarter support systems (e.g. AI-assisted helpdesk, automation workflows)
  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success to improve service quality



What You Bring


  • 2+ years of experience in IT, technical support, or similar
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working across different systems and technologies
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
  • Genuine interest in using AI to improve and automate work
  • Proactive, autonomous, and accountable
  • Comfortable taking ownership and working without constant direction



Nice to Have


  • Linux command line basics
  • Exposure to AWS (IoT Core, EC2)
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
  • Database fundamentals (e.g. PostgreSQL)
  • Basic understanding of hardware troubleshooting and analog signals
