What your team does- Build tools and automate processes to support ShareDo's production infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to solve cross disciplinary architectural scaling challenges.
- Partner with Engineering feature teams to define requirements and implement infrastructure for new product launches.
- Mentor peers, share knowledge, and contribute to improving processes across the department.
- Partner across disciplines to address complex architectural and performance challenges.
- Create tools and automation that make our infrastructure more efficient, resilient, and secure.
- Work closely with feature teams to translate product needs into reliable, scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Manage and evolve Kubernetes clusters that power our production workloads, with a focus on automation, monitoring, and security.
- Leverage Infrastructure as Code to configure and fine tune cloud resources-primarily within Azure.
- Write high quality, maintainable code that underpins our infrastructure services and systems.
- Share expertise, mentor teammates, and drive process improvements across engineering.
- Experience building and supporting highly available, multi region production infrastructure.
- Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and collaborative code for tools, services, and systems supporting scalable infrastructure.
- Experience deploying, securing, and scaling Kubernetes clusters for production workloads, with a strong emphasis on automation and observability.
- Experience administering and optimizing cloud resources on major providers (primarily Azure) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to break down complex problems into achievable steps and iterate toward solutions.
- Strong team first mentality, proactive collaboration, and willingness to support colleagues in need.
- Have experience developing with C#, TypeScript, or another object oriented language.
- Have managed Azure resources with Terraform or Pulumi.
- Are comfortable maintaining AKS clusters in production.
- Have experience scripting with Azure CLI or PowerShell.
- Understand administering Windows and/or Linux hosts.
- Understand how to build observability dashboards and monitors with tools like DataDog.
- Are comfortable managing SQL Server, Azure SQL, or ElasticSearch.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.

£56,000 to £75,800 GBP. This range may vary based on location and local currency.
