Your New Job:In this role as a Systems Compliance & Data Integrity Lead, you'll split your time between regulatory compliance leadership and hands-on validation support. You'll be the go-to expert for all things system validation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep everything running smoothly and compliantly. This is a 2-year fixed term contract that mixes independent tasks with plenty of teamwork.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:- Spearhead data integrity initiatives and ensure compliance site-wide
- Work closely with data integrity subject matter experts to close any compliance gaps
- Maintain risk assessments and develop tracking measures for data integrity
- Own and update policies related to data integrity
- Produce and manage validation documentation (plans, protocols, SOPs)
- Oversee change control, system lifecycle activities, and regular reviews
- Prepare for and lead audit and inspection readiness
- Deliver validation support for system upgrades and digital projects
- Partner with IT, Quality, and Operations to support project goals
- Third-level degree in IT, Engineering, Science, or Quality
- Practical experience with Computer System Validation in a regulated setting
- Strong grasp of regulatory requirements and system lifecycle management
- Top-notch documentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Collaborative and well-organised approach
