Compensation: $140K
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead enterprise infrastructure planning, architecture design, and deployment
- Architect secure, scalable hybrid systems integrating on-prem and cloud technologies
- Solve high-level system issues and guide technical teams through escalations
- Align infrastructure solutions with business needs and clinical priorities
- Design DR strategies, performance optimizations, and interoperability enhancements
- Provide expert input on migration, integration, and security across critical systems
- Act as a bridge between IT leadership, engineering teams, and hospital stakeholders
What You'll Need to be Considered
- Experience integrating large-scale hospital systems including EPIC EHR
- Expertise with hybrid environments across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- Proven skills in high-availability storage design and virtualized infrastructure
- Strong grasp of healthcare compliance, HIPAA standards, and security protocols
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, MCSE, or VCP are highly desirable
- Comfort leading large technical initiatives and communicating across non-technical teams
