Compensation: $140K

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead enterprise infrastructure planning, architecture design, and deployment
  • Architect secure, scalable hybrid systems integrating on-prem and cloud technologies
  • Solve high-level system issues and guide technical teams through escalations
  • Align infrastructure solutions with business needs and clinical priorities
  • Design DR strategies, performance optimizations, and interoperability enhancements
  • Provide expert input on migration, integration, and security across critical systems
  • Act as a bridge between IT leadership, engineering teams, and hospital stakeholders

What You'll Need to be Considered

  • Experience integrating large-scale hospital systems including EPIC EHR
  • Expertise with hybrid environments across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
  • Proven skills in high-availability storage design and virtualized infrastructure
  • Strong grasp of healthcare compliance, HIPAA standards, and security protocols
  • Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, MCSE, or VCP are highly desirable
  • Comfort leading large technical initiatives and communicating across non-technical teams
