Overview

System implementation and Support Officer - Secondment/Fixed Term Contract

Salary - £36,363 - £40,777 (Grade 6)

Hours - 37

Contract type - full time, secondment; We will be looking at least 10-month commitment with possible further extension

Work Style - Flexible

We are offering a secondment opportunity within a small team for a System implementation and Support Officer to work closely with our ONE System Manager. We will be looking for someone to assist with our Education System Improvement project, while also supporting day to day BAU activity across our systems.

Responsibilities
  • Support implementation and configuration work linked to the Education solution, working alongside stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
  • Assist with BAU activities for ONE and other social care/education systems, including system administration, upgrades, maintenance, and user support.
  • Help ensure that systems remain accurate, reliable, and meet the needs of colleagues and service users.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements across our systems, processes, and integrations.
Qualifications

Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous experience with the EMIS solution or have experience in a system development role as this will be a key part of the secondment.
