Job Description
Systems Development Engineer Dublin AWS Python Java

I'm supporting a leading global technology company looking for a Systems Development Engineer to join an engineering team responsible for infrastructure powering thousands of devices and operational systems across a worldwide footprint.


You'll work on:



  • AWS-native applications and services

  • Python & Java development

  • Network infrastructure tooling and automation

  • System design, scalability, and reliability initiatives

  • Greenfield feature development (70%) with real ownership


Tech Stack:



  • Python

  • Java

  • AWS (EC2, Lambda, VPC, S3, RDS, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch)

  • CI/CD & DevOps practices

  • Linux/Unix


The sweet spot is someone who enjoys both: Writing Python/Java code Understanding infrastructure

Initial 3-month contract with strong extension potential
