Location - Hybrid - Multiple office locations across Switzerland

Permanent position

Your tasks

• Supporting and developing our customers
• Installation and maintenance of IT solutions based on the following technologies: Microsoft Windows (Server/Client), Microsoft 365, VDI systems (Citrix/Horizon/RDS) and Sophos Firewall
• Carrying out maintenance
• Supporting the Service Desk with persistent problems (3rd level support)
• Collaborate on IT projects

What you bring with you

• Several years of experience in system engineering
• Analytical skills
• Expertise in our technologies

• High degree of self-organization
• Empathic skills and respectful interaction with your colleagues and customers
• Very good knowledge of German and English
