System Architect

System Architect vacancy for our Luxembourg based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Define the target architecture for banking applications and ensure adherence to architecture standards and business objectives
• Collaborate with product management, product owners and key stakeholders to shape the business vision and translate it into architectural blueprints and documentations
• Plan and develop the architectural runway supporting new business features, capabilities and the overall technical vision
• Ensure life cycle management for all applications in your functional area, maintaining sustainability and reducing architectural debt
• Work closely with enterprise architects, system teams, shared services and discipline architects to align technical direction

Your experience/knowledge:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as an architect in information technology or the finance sector
• Strong knowledge of wealth management business and banking products with at least 5 years' experience in a European private bank
• Experience and proficiency with Temenos Banking software (Transact and/or Triple'A) is essential; other banking systems experience considered a plus
• Good understanding of the regulatory frameworks relevant to the banking industry
• Language skills: fluent English
