System Administrator - Microsoft 365/VDI Systems

One of our clients is seeking System Administrator's (Microsoft 365 and VDI Systems)

Permanent basis - multiple locations across Switzerland.

Your tasks

• Ensuring our customers' IT operations
• Analyzing and resolving faults and error conditions
• Release and update management
• Supporting our customers with projects, support and maintenance work on-site or via remote maintenance
• Instructing and advising our customers
• Close cooperation with engineering and project manager
• Accepting and coordinating support requests from our customers
• 1st and 2nd level support based on our technologies (Microsoft Windows/Microsoft 365/VDI systems (Horizon, Citrix)/Sophos Firewall)
• Monitoring of the monitoring system and employees and alert handling in the Security Operations Center
• Carrying out maintenance
