Our Equity Finance business in London is dedicated to driving business growth and increasing profitability. As part of this successful and highly supportive team, you will help grow our synthetic prime brokerage offering across European and US markets.

What role will you play?

You will focus on trading equity swaps, developing our execution and inventory platforms, providing pricing to clients, and managing risk. You will work closely with a team covering the full suite of Equity Finance products. Strategic thinking to grow the business and ensure effective risk and control management is essential.

What you offer

• 10+ years' experience trading equity swaps for prime finance
• Proven track record of delivering results for buyside clients through inventory optimization solutions and technology
• Ability to originate and structure solutions for internal and external clients
• Deep relationships with buyside clients regarding single stock equity swap requirements
• Strong risk management skills, including compliance with market rules and regulations
• Technical skills in coding or an engineering mindset are advantageous
