Rochdale Borough Council is seeking a passionate, committed, and experienced Supporting Families Key Worker to join its Short Breaks Service in Rochdale (OL16 1XU).
The Short Breaks Service provides high-quality support enabling children and young people with additional needs and disabilities to access enjoyable activities, develop independence, build confidence, and create meaningful relationships. You will work in a strengths-based and relationship-focused way, helping families to thrive and ensuring children and young people achieve the best possible outcomes.
This is a temporary post running from 31 August to 30 October 2026. The pay rate is £16.62 per hour PAYE (£21.34 per hour umbrella).
