Supported Living Support Specialist - Enable Independence

Minstead Trust is recruiting a Support Worker for our Portsmouth services, focusing on supported living. You will help neurodiverse adults develop daily living skills, independence, and confidence in a supportive home environment.

Working 37.5 hours per week at a competitive hourly rate of £12.75, you will join a team delivering person-centred support, assisting with daily tasks, health needs and community engagement in Portsmouth.
