Job Description

Role: Service Manager - Supported Living & Community Outreach

Location: Leicestershire LE4 and LE9

Salary: £33,000

Contract: Permanent

Are you an experienced leader passionate about delivering high?quality, person?centred support to adults with additional needs? We're looking for a dedicated Service Manager to oversee 2 Supported Living and Community Outreach services for adults aged 18-65 with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, sensory impairments and physical disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead a committed team, shape outstanding care, and make a meaningful difference every day.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading, coaching and mentoring Team Leaders and Support Workers
  • Creating and managing rotas to ensure safe, effective staffing
  • Overseeing person?centred support plans, risk assessments and service documentation
  • Ensuring high standards of care, safety and compliance across the service
  • Building strong relationships with families, professionals and commissioning bodies
  • Promoting independence, community access and meaningful opportunities for service users
  • Managing audits, medication oversight, budgeting and daily financial planning
  • Championing dignity, respect, equality, diversity and inclusion
  • Participating in the on?call rota for emergencies and unplanned absences
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 12 months' experience leading teams in health or social care
  • Strong understanding of learning disabilities, autism and mental health
  • Experience working in Supported Living
  • Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet service needs
  • Strong knowledge of CQV
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Smart phone with data capability
  • Health & Social Care qualification
