Role: Service Manager - Supported Living & Community Outreach
Location: Leicestershire LE4 and LE9
Salary: £33,000
Contract: Permanent
Are you an experienced leader passionate about delivering high?quality, person?centred support to adults with additional needs? We're looking for a dedicated Service Manager to oversee 2 Supported Living and Community Outreach services for adults aged 18-65 with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, sensory impairments and physical disabilities. What You'll Be Doing- Leading, coaching and mentoring Team Leaders and Support Workers
- Creating and managing rotas to ensure safe, effective staffing
- Overseeing person?centred support plans, risk assessments and service documentation
- Ensuring high standards of care, safety and compliance across the service
- Building strong relationships with families, professionals and commissioning bodies
- Promoting independence, community access and meaningful opportunities for service users
- Managing audits, medication oversight, budgeting and daily financial planning
- Championing dignity, respect, equality, diversity and inclusion
- Participating in the on?call rota for emergencies and unplanned absences
- Minimum 12 months' experience leading teams in health or social care
- Strong understanding of learning disabilities, autism and mental health
- Experience working in Supported Living
- Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills
- Ability to work flexibly to meet service needs
- Strong knowledge of CQV
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Smart phone with data capability
- Health & Social Care qualification
