Supported Employment Specialist - East Lancashire

Maximus is looking for an Employment Specialist to support vulnerable adults in Preston, covering the East of Lancashire. You will engage with clients, helping them navigate the 5 stages of Supported Employment while advocating for their needs to promote meaningful job opportunities.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for empowering individuals with disabilities, ensuring tailored support and fostering their independence. In addition, you will collaborate with community organizations and employers to facilitate successful job placements.
