Support Worker for TBI Client - Flexible Shifts & Training

Active Care Group is seeking a Support Worker in Deeside to assist a male client with complex needs at his home. Roles include accompanying to activities, guiding daily routines, encouraging hobbies, and supporting daily tasks while shifts are planned in advance.
