As a Support Worker (HCA / Support Staff), you will join our team to provide compassionate, person-centred support across two nursing homes in Dursley (GL11). You will support residents with daily living needs, promote dignity and independence, and work as part of a caring rota system covering days and nights.

• Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
• Support residents with mobility, meals, and hydration
• Maintain comfort, dignity, and privacy at all times
• Support care plans as directed by clinical staff
• Assist with routine checks and report concerns promptly
• Work effectively as part of the wider care team on shift
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safeguarding requirements
• Contribute to a positive, respectful and supportive environment

• Experience as a Support Worker / HCA / Support Staff (desirable)
• Compassionate approach and strong understanding of person-centred care
• Ability to work reliably across rotas, including nights where required
