Job Description

Support Engineer

Proficient in Dutch & English

6 months contract then transition to permanent

AV Meeting rooms and End User support


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an IT Engineer, providing comprehensive support across a range of IT products and services.
  • Perform server and storage break-fix tasks.
  • Provide deskside support for executive users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, ensuring a smooth IT experience.
  • Utilize ServiceNow or TopDesk for ticket management and issue tracking.
  • Deploy, configure, and support storage and network devices.
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues escalated from team members or clients.
  • Conduct testing and certification of mainframes, servers, and other IT infrastructure components.
  • Coordinate team shifts to ensure full-service coverage from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.


Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of AV Support and End User Support.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or TopDesk).
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, ensuring smooth IT operations.
