- Significant experience in Systems Engineering roles within defence, aerospace, or high integrity systems.
- Experience with CIS, C4ISR, or tactical comms systems in a supportability or systems engineering capacity.
- Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams, including operational users and digital and IT stakeholders.
- Knowledge of MOD acquisition processes and defence support frameworks

With access to high-profile defence projects, flexible working, and robust development support, your growth and wellbeing are prioritised as much as your expertise.
On top of this, we're focused on effective communication to foster transparency and efficiency across our project portfolio, as well as the pursuit of excellence in everything we do to advance, not only your skills, but our organisational capabilities.
For you, this means an open forum for debate and discussion, in addition to a drive for development and skills enhancement to keep you, and us, at the forefront of defence.
