Company Description The public establishments for (EPI) have the mission to contribute to the well-being and social and/or professional integration of people with disabilities or facing difficulties in professional integration. Within the EPI, the General Services and Systems have the role of monitoring and processing requests from internal clients while coordinating and optimizing resources, processes, tools, and systems to effectively meet the needs of the institution. These services are organized around three main areas: Infrastructure and Transport Services, which encompass the technical, transport, and support center sectors; Systems Services; and the Property Management Pole responsible for the management and development of the real estate portfolio. We are currently seeking for our General Services & Systems, and more particularly within our Support Center, a support center agent at 100%.Job Description Ensure the follow-up of tasks related to the Support Center as well as technical intervention requests (ticketing mode). Coordinate interventions to be carried out by internal teams at EPI or by external parties, communicate information related to interventions, and monitor claims reported to insurance: with insurance, maintaining and updating databases and tracking tables, analyses, and assessments. Support the procurement team in case of need or absence. Provide support in managing the access system X. Provide support and assistance in managing updates to tracking tables by the building technical center, minimum CFC level X. Successful experience of at least 5 years in managing a call center and/or a ticketing software. Versatility and extensive technical knowledge in various areas of building. Knowledge of claims management with insurance and/or management would be beneficial, as well as writing skills in French and a good command of common office tools and a management software (ticketing). Strong sense of service. Demonstrate good resilience during busy periods and a real ability to manage a significant volume X while respecting deadlines and ensuring quality. Marked interest in subjects related to sustainable development. Ability to manage and coordinate various stakeholders in different departments without having hierarchical authority, and critical thinking and synthesis skills.
