Job Description

We are looking for a Support and Implementation specialist to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of our services. As a support and implementation specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customer's satisfaction. Here are the key responsibilities:

  • Customer support: You'll be the person our customers reach out to when they have questions and issues. You'll be answering to 'how to' questions, where you'll try to understand the customer's need and you'll propose ways to achieve the desired outcome.
  • Troubleshooting: You will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues that are reported by partners or customers. You'll report to the development team for fixing.
  • System Configuration: You will help customers with configuring the system so it meets their specific needs.
  • Relationship management: You are the first line of contact towards our enterprise customers. You'll be in touch through a ticket system, email and teams calls. You build and maintain a strong relationship with our customers based on trust and collaboration.
  • Customer onboarding: You will be responsible for building and implementing workflows for our customers as part of the implementation team that is lead by a project manager. You might also provide trainings to customers.
  • Documentation: You'll participate in the creation of manuals, tutorials and how-to articles.
  • Continues improvement: You'll identify opportunities for improvement of the product based on your customer interactions, and you'll collaborate with the product owners to design and implement these improvements.


What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or graphic arts.
  • Experience: No previous experience is required.
  • Analytical mind: Ability to understand complex business requirements and processes.
  • Critical Thinking: A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills.
  • Languages: Dutch and English are a must, German or French are a plus.
