About the Company Our client is a leading IT and digital solutions provider, specialising in supply chain optimisation for the Life Sciences sector.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Support Analyst with strong expertise in SAP, logistics processes, and data analytics to join our client's dynamic support team. This role combines second-line application support with technical troubleshooting across SAP/WMS, Power BI, and related data platforms, along with basic Azure security touchpoints. You'll be the go-to person for resolving incidents, performing minor fixes, and supporting the business with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st/2nd-line triage and resolution for SAP, WMS, and data-related incidents.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in SAP (Logistics modules) and Power BI reports/dashboards.
  • Deliver minor fixes and configuration changes where required.
  • Support end-users with SQL/DAX queries and Power BI data model optimisation.
  • Assist in Azure security support (permissions, role assignments, access issues).
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure documentation of incidents, resolutions, and root cause analysis.
  • Maintain familiarity with Databricks and contribute to troubleshooting within the data platform.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes, and support documentation.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in IT application support, ideally within supply chain or logistics.
  • Life Sciences sector experience highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP (Logistics modules such as MM, WM, SD).
  • Proven skills in Power BI (report creation, troubleshooting, DAX, data modelling).
  • Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and investigation.
  • Familiarity with Azure security concepts (roles, permissions, user management).
  • Exposure to Databricks is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • English required, second European language highly desirable.
