The Postgraduate Medical Education Support Administrator supports the day-to-day running of the Education Centre, including front-of-house duties, room bookings, enquiry handling and preparing teaching spaces. The role provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the postgraduate medical education team, including coordination of teaching programmes, meetings, timetables and educational events.
Main duties of the job- maintaining attendance and evaluation records
- supporting audio-visual and remote teaching setups
- updating intranet and social media pages
- organising meetings and taking minutes
- processing study leave applications
- handling confidential information related to clinical incident reporting
- assisting with data extraction for audit purposes
- maintaining office systems
- monitoring stock levels
The role requires excellent customer service, strong organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly, including occasional support for out-of-hours meetings. The post holder will contribute to service improvement, participate in regular team meetings and provide cover for colleagues across Education Centre sites when required.

Person Specification Qualifications and Experience- GCSE in Maths English or equivalent.
- NVQ 3 in Administration or equivalent experience
- Experience of taking notes/minutes of meeting and preparing agendas
- Good interpersonal skills Ability to learn how to operate audio visual equipment
- Able to use own initiative and work with limited supervision
- Experience of an education, training or health environment
- AV technical equipment experience
