The Role

• Delivering engaging lessons across your subject specialism and other curriculum areas as required.
• Following school policies and lesson plans to ensure continuity of learning.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and creating a positive learning environment.
• Assessing student understanding and providing feedback where appropriate.
• Building positive relationships with students and school staff.
• Adapting quickly to different school environments and classroom settings.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS, or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within UK secondary schools.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A flexible and professional approach to teaching.
• The ability to quickly build rapport with students and colleagues.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
