Duties as a Supply Teacher:- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subject areas
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Support students to remain engaged and focused on their learning
- Adapt confidently to different classes and year groups
- Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching within a secondary school setting
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and professional approach
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
