Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist with a strong focus on Outbound Operations / Customer Outbound Management.

Work setup: Hybrid - Porto - 2/3 days per week on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in Supply Chain Management projects and continuous improvement initiatives to support current and future business requirements.
• Contribute to the definition, standardization, and implementation of supply chain excellence processes, best practices, and operational standards.
• Support functional departments in change implementation and project execution across SCM-related activities.
• Support system development and implementation for SCM-relevant IT solutions, with a focus on operational efficiency and process alignment.
• Drive excellence initiatives across outbound and customer order processes, including freight-related process improvements.
• Implement continuous improvement practices, manage benefit tracking, and promote best-practice sharing for central inventory management.
• Define, monitor, and improve KPI and OPI frameworks to support performance visibility and decision-making.
• Develop supply chain solutions to address customer requirements, operational needs, and legal or compliance constraints.

Must-have requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supply Chain Specialist focused on Outbound Operations / Customer Outbound Management, or in a similar role.
• Strong experience in global material flow management, related processes, and systems rollout.
• Proven project management experience.
• Experience in change management.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Good knowledge of SAP SD ERP, ECC, and SAP TM.
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills, with a creative and progressive mindset.
• Fluency in English.
