Location: New York, New York (US-NY), US
INTRODUCTION JOB PURPOSE• Manage the complete sales orders life cycle, from order raising to dispatch of goods to customers & stores
• Orchestrate the floorset launches and maximize the on-time availability of products
• Act as the key supply chain link/representative with the regional planning and merchant/sales teams and the integration point backwards from the region to the central supply chain
• Provide the highest level of support directly to downstream customers
• Monitor the order book for shortages, cancellations, returns, product withdrawals, and execute regulatory changes
• Ensure efficient and correct flow of information between supply chain and regional teams regarding product availability and regional priorities
• Project manage the downstream critical path for capsule collection/wholesale special events launches, ensuring standard execution aligned with the show
• Monitor transit and distribution times for wholesale customers to meet launch dates for new floorsets and capsules in every country
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to set shipping targets and track shipments to meet monthly and quarterly goals
• Cooperate with hubs to schedule picking processes, balancing resources and business priorities
• Work with transportation and customs teams to resolve shipment issues and streamline shipping documentation
• Support regional and corporate teams during markets for order entry and new product setup
• Review global returns, discounts, and penalties, tracking them against forecasts
• Conduct seasonal analysis on order cancellations to identify impactful reasons with relevant teams
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work with data BI tools
- Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-motivated environment

Expected base salary ranges from $32.69 to $33.65 hourly, with total compensation potentially including bonuses, incentives, and benefits. Salary may be adjusted based on performance and market factors.
