Supply Chain Specialist - Process Excellence & Governance (EMEA)

As a Supply Chain Specialist - Process Excellence & Governance, you will be at the heart of improving how the business operates-ensuring processes are efficient, scalable, and compliant. You'll act as a subject matter expert, supporting teams on system and process challenges while driving standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement.

This is a highly collaborative role, partnering with cross-functional teams including Technology, Planning, Commercial, and Operational Excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as the go-to expert for Order Management processes, supporting teams with system and process-related queries
• Drive process excellence and governance, ensuring compliance with policies and standards
• Maintain and improve process documentation and knowledge sharing across teams
• Collaborate on new solutions and capability rollouts, ensuring smooth transitions
• Identify opportunities for automation and standardisation across EMEA processes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance performance
• Contribute to delivering service improvements, business growth, and operational target

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in Supply Chain Operations, Planning, or Order Management
• Experience with process improvement, governance, and operational excellence
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional, international environments
• Solid understanding of systems, process flows, and troubleshooting
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders
