This is a *Netherlands* based role with an excellent immediate start within the Global Sports and Leisure brand working on *Managing the orderbook and driving optimal delivery performance*.
Experience in Supply chain is preferred.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Specialist to manage supply chain operations, optimize orderbook performance, and drive on-time delivery for our Partners. You'll work closely with internal and external teams to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and improve supply chain efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Manage the orderbook and drive optimal delivery performance.
• Oversee day-to-day supply chain operations with Partner, Transportation, and Distribution Center teams.
• Support seasonal planning and financial objectives.
• Conduct orderbook audits, operational calls, and order-writing workshops.
• Monitor KPIs, forecast ship goals, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Drive reporting, process improvements, and on-time delivery performance.

What You Bring

• 5+ years' experience in Account/Partner Management.
• 5+ years' experience in Supply Chain Planning & Operations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence through data and challenge the status quo.
• Experience with SAP, Excel, and Tableau.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
