Supply Chain Senior Manager

The Supply Chain Senior Manager will lead important client projects focused on supply chain improvement and transformation and solve complex supply chain challenges using data, technology and practical problem-solving. They will help clients improve their end-to-end operations, including planning, logistics, warehousing, transport, technology, data, sustainability and operating model change.

Description

• Lead supply chain transformation projects or project workstreams.
• Understand supply chain problems and turn them into practical solutions.
• Use data and analysis to support clear recommendations.
• Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, clients and project teams.
• Manage project deadlines, budgets and deliverables.
• Support technology, system or process change projects.
• Be willing to travel for client work and be eligible for UK Security Check clearance.

Profile

A successful applicant should have:

• Strong experience in supply chain transformation, improvement or change projects.
• Knowledge of key supply chain areas such as planning, logistics, transport, warehousing, manufacturing or network optimisation.
• Experience working with supply chain technology, systems, data, analytics, automation or digital tools.
• Experience designing new ways of working, operating models or improved business processes.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders, clients or internal business leaders.
• Experience leading project workstreams, managing small teams or coaching others

Job Offer
