Supply Chain Returns Specialist

We're supporting a global sportswear & lifestyle brand looking for a Supply Chain Returns Specialist to join their EMEA Marketplace Supply Chain team.

This is a key operational role focused on reverse logistics, returns management, and process optimisation, ensuring a seamless experience across partner and wholesale channels.

What you'll be doing

• Managing end-to-end return requests from wholesale and partner accounts
• Coordinating with logistics teams, carriers, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Investigating and resolving returns discrepancies across the supply chain
• Ensuring adherence to returns policies and SLA/KPI targets
• Analysing return data and identifying process improvements
• Driving continuous improvement across reverse logistics workflows

What we're looking for

• Experience in supply chain operations (returns/reverse logistics preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management across logistics, finance, and commercial teams
• Ability to manage KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimisation
• Tools experience: Excel (advanced), SAP, Tableau, Cognos or Alteryx
• Strong communication skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
