Supply Chain Procurement Coordinator# Supply Chain Procurement Coordinator Summary Posted Date: 18th December 2025 4:57 pm Share This RoleEmail To A Friend Detail About the Role We are a fast-growing and innovative business providing sustainable, higher welfare beef supply chain solutions , and we are looking for a Supply Chain Procurement Coordinator to join us at an exciting stage of our growth.Based at our UK Head Office in Wrexham, this role plays a key part in supporting the Supply Chain function. Reporting to the Supply Chain Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing calf supply contracts, supporting producer onboarding, and helping to secure a consistent, high-quality supply of calves aligned with business requirements.This is a fast-paced, operational role that combines administrative accuracy, strong communication, and stakeholder engagement, acting as a central point of contact between producers, internal teams, and external partners. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the onboarding of new producers onto calf supply contracts, ensuring all documentation, compliance checks, and approvals are completed accurately and on time. Act as a primary point of contact for producers during onboarding, providing clear guidance on contract terms, processes, and expectations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, supplier details, volumes, and timelines. Support the Supply Chain Key Account Manager with managing contracted volumes and supply forecasts. Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, finance, quality, and operations to ensure smooth execution of procurement activities. Monitor supply commitments against contract terms and highlight any risks, shortfalls, or changes. Build and maintain positive working relationships with producers, responding to routine queries and supporting long-term engagement. Assist with communications relating to contract updates, performance expectations, and operational changes. Ensure all contracts comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Track and report on key procurement data and support audits and reviews when required. Occasional on-farm visits may be required.
