The Opportunity

As a Sports Marketing Operations Specialist (Football), you'll own the end-to-end operational process for football product distribution across a portfolio of over 2,000 professional athletes. This is a highly visible role combining forecasting, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end delivery of football footwear and performance products across EMEA
• Drive forecasting and demand planning aligned with sports marketing strategy
• Ensure inventory availability for key on-pitch launch moments
• Support product launches in collaboration with brand and marketing teams
• Lead process improvements to enhance service levels and operational efficiency
• Work cross-functionally with planning, distribution centres, and external vendors

What We're Looking For

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, allocation, or planning
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on forecasting & inventory management
• Proven ability to improve processes and drive efficiency
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to tools like Excel, SAP, Cognos, or Tableau is a plus
• A genuine passion for football and sports
