Are you passionate about supply chain strategy, supplier relationship management and market intelligence rather than transactional procurement?
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading international construction and property consultancy delivering specialist support across one of the UK's most complex and high-profile infrastructure programmes.
Working alongside senior client stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in developing supply chain strategies that improve supplier capability, strengthen market engagement and provide the insight needed to support major CAPEX and OPEX procurements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop supplier segmentation and strategic supplier profiles.
- Design and implement supply chain frameworks and governance.
- Lead supplier engagement activities, market analysis and capability assessments.
- Support major procurement programmes with market intelligence and supply chain insight.
- Produce meaningful dashboards and reporting using Excel and Power BI.
- Identify supply chain risks, opportunities and resilience strategies.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to influence commercial decision-making.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) or Strategic Procurement.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, construction, engineering or major project environments.
- Experience analysing supply chains, supplier capability and market dynamics.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills with Power BI experience desirable.
- A strategic thinker who enjoys solving complex supply chain challenges.
