Supply Chain Manager - Pharma - Dublin 
An innovative pharmaceutical company based in Dublin has a newly created role for an experienced SCM to work in this virtual supply chain environment. Positive and friendly team culture with world class supply chain processes.
Previous experience in managing Pharma CMOs is essential.
You will be responsible for Supplier Relationship Management of the European supply chain.
12 month contract role.
3 days on site in Dublin city centre
Responsibilities:- Act as the relationship manager for all supply chain partners in Europe from manufacturing and packaging sites through to the market specific distribution
- Act as the central point of contact within supply chain to liaise with in-country commercial teams across Europe.
- Analyse country demands forecast, assess trends, and evaluate impact on supply
- Lead European Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in collaboration with in-country teams
- Provide the key link in Supply Chain between third party supply sites and markets
- Act as supplier relationship manager (SRM) for European supply chain partners: manufacturing / packaging sites through to third party logistics, warehouses, and wholesalers.
- As the SRM, work to establish and maintain quarterly cross-functional business review meetings with suppliers and monitor key performance indicators.
- Provide training and drive continuous improvement for S&OP, Demand Management, and Statistical Forecasting Processes
- Develop processes and challenge the status quo to drive cross functional continuous improvement
- Support the development of regional brand strategy within supply chain
- Lead implementation of life cycle projects in Europe including new country launches and new SKU requests
- Minimum of BS/BE degree.
- Previous experience in CMO's is essential.
- Previous experience in demand planning / ERP management in the Pharma industry essential.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
