Interim Supply Chain Manager - Huntingdon (Onsite) - 12+ Month Contract - Competitive Day Rate/Salary

At Hilton Food Group, we're looking for an accomplished Supply Chain leader to step into a high-impact interim role during a key period of transformation. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a senior, business-critical position with full ownership of outbound supply chain performance across Retail & Food Service.

What You'll Do

• Take full accountability for outbound supply chain and dispatch operations
• Lead and develop teams to deliver on-time, in-full performance
• Act as a key interface with major retail customers
• Drive process improvement, cost-saving initiatives, and operational excellence
• Lead cross-functional projects that enhance service and commercial outcomes

• Proven interim or senior Supply Chain leadership experience
• Strong people leadership and line management capability
• Track record of delivering results in transformational or change environments
• Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable operating at senior level
