As we now enter our Industrialisation phase, we seek a Supply Chain Manager - Emerging Markets, reporting to our Senior Supply Chain Manager - Customer Programme & Planning, you'll manage Emerging Market strategies and relationships that support delivery of our key Business and Strategy Team objectives.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead account- and and relationship-management with our target Customers
  • Plan, develop and deliver our Emerging Markets Operations Procurement and Supply Chain strategy
  • Ensure category, operational, and key supplier strategies meet customer requirements and deliverables as part of the wider Operations and Procurement functions
  • Meet and exceed KPIs aligned with Customer Satisfaction and specific in-contract performance measures
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the supply markets, supplier capabilities, technology, processes, and geography of the service line
What You Will Bring
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of supply chain management
  • Demonstrable experience of managing UK and International external Customers
  • The ability to identify opportunities, manage risks, and implement changes within a customer environment without any detrimental impact
  • Skill in managing and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner
Location & Ways of Working

This role can be based from our Derby, Manchester or Warrington office. Hybrid working is standard, with regular domestic and international travel required.
