Based at our HQ in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, this full-time, permanent role offers hybrid working (minimum 3 days on-site).

This position involves leading initiatives to optimize how the Procurement & Supply Chain teams utilize data and business systems, especially JDE. You will introduce new digital tools to streamline processes, improve operations, and collaborate with the IT team to ensure all procedures and documents are current.

You will manage a team of two, ensuring tasks meet high standards, and work with teams at our other location in Dessau, Germany, to standardize and enhance processes.

Candidate Profile

We seek someone with a professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain (CIPS preferred), experience with ERP systems, and team management skills. Exceptional interpersonal and project management skills are essential. German language skills are a plus.
