Supply Chain Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Consultant to support transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within a complex automotive tech environment.

Work setup: Hybrid - Porto - 2/3 days per week on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Support supply chain transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives to address current and future business requirements
• Contribute to the definition, implementation, and promotion of supply chain excellence processes, standards, and best practices
• Partner with functional teams to support change implementation and project execution across SCM activities
• Support the development and implementation of SCM-relevant IT solutions, with a focus on process alignment and business needs
• Drive continuous improvement activities related to centralized inventory management, including best practice definition and knowledge sharing
• Define, monitor, and improve KPIs and OPIs to strengthen supply chain performance and visibility
• Provide demand coordination support and help align planning processes across stakeholders
• Develop supply chain solutions that meet customer requirements and legal or regulatory obligations

Must-have requirements:

• 4 years of experience as a Supply Chain Consultant focused on Central Inventory Management or in a similar role
• Strong experience in global material flow management, including related processes and system rollouts
• Project management experience
• Change management experience
• Consulting experience in supply chain environments
• Strong financial acumen
• Good functional knowledge of SAP PP model in ECC and SAP IBP
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong recommendation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
