Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Contract Type: FTC - 6-12 Months

About The Role

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the wider supply chain function, ensuring processes run efficiently and information is managed accurately. You will provide essential coordination and administrative support across procurement activities, helping the team meet deadlines and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Key elements of the role include:

  • Maintaining and managing supply chain records, databases and subcontractor information
  • Supporting the preparation of offers, submissions and clarification responses for customers and suppliers
  • Handling supplier queries promptly and effectively
  • Working closely with the finance team to support invoice receipting against purchase orders
  • Managing purchase requests and assisting with purchase orders, amendments and queries
  • Supporting onboarding of new suppliers and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with management reporting and improving supply chain processes and templates

You will collaborate closely with supply chain, commercial and finance teams, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality outputs.

You will be a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail and a confident, proactive approach to your work. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, and you are comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Strong communication skills are important in this role, as you engage with a range of stakeholders across the business and with external suppliers. You take a flexible and adaptable approach, adjusting your working style when needed to support team priorities.

You are naturally methodical and self-motivated, with the ability to manage your workload effectively and meet deadlines. A good level of numeracy and an understanding of how your role impacts the wider customer experience will help you succeed.
