Responsibilities

• Supplier Selection & Onboarding: Evaluate supplier capability and quality standards during tendering to inform contract decisions, while managing certifications and qualifications for New Product Introductions (NPI) and transfers of work (TOW).
• Operational Performance & Contract Management: Act as the primary operational interface, driving end to end performance to consistently deliver on time, on quality, and cost targets.
• Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify industrial risks, build robust mitigation strategies, and establish rapid short term recovery plans when disruptions occur.
• Continuous Improvement & Governance: Assess supplier capacity, lead strategic performance improvement projects, and report on operational KPIs using standard management tools.

About you

• Solid experience in procurement activities.
• Background in supply chain and quality management.
• Strong analytical capability to assess supplier capacity and performance metrics.
