Description

• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain and procurement processes to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the department.
• Lead and manage supplier relationships, ensuring quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain objectives with organisational goals.
• Manage inventory levels and optimise stock holding to meet production demands effectively.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the supply chain.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Profile

A successful Supply Chain & Ops Director should have:
