- Position: Supply Chain Coordinator
- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)
- Location: Chichester
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week
- Early finish on Fridays, free onsite parking, company events, company pension, 31 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
We're recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain & Export Coordinator to join a well established manufacturing company based in Chichester. This is an office based position 4 days per week, and the role requires a fluent German speaker, as you'll be liaising regularly with German warehouse facilities.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in international logistics, export documentation, and global shipping compliance.
As a Supply Chain & Export Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:- Maintaining production schedules and work plans
- Using bills of materials to ensure appropriate levels of built items and subassemblies
- Coordinating shipments to and from the EU and worldwide, ensuring full compliance with import and export procedures
- Liaising with customers to clear shipments efficiently
- Producing various reports, including technical documentation and production performance data
- Updating and maintaining the CRM system to ensure accurate and up to date records
- Fluent German speaker
- Strong communication skills in both English and German (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in a Supply Chain & Export Coordinator role or similar
- Able to commit to a 12 month maternity cover

This is a full time role, covering a 12 month fixed term contract, requiring 4 days per week in the office in Chichester. The position offers a salary of £40,000-£45,000.
