Supply Analyst - Aviation Fuel (EMEA)

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a global energy and aviation logistics organisation to recruit a Supply Analyst to support aviation fuel operations across the EMEA region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performance, international business where operational excellence, analytical thinking and collaboration are central to success.

Based in Canary Wharf, this role offers exposure to complex fuel supply chains, commercial decision-making and cross-border logistics within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory & Scheduling: Monitor fuel inventory levels and coordinate timely deliveries to ensure uninterrupted supply across multiple European locations.

  • Logistics & Operations: Manage pipeline and road fuel movements, optimising dispatch schedules, routes and product blends.

  • Transaction Processing: Validate, process and reconcile bulk fuel transactions with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.

  • Market & Data Analysis: Support commercial and operational teams through supply/demand analysis, pricing insights and market intelligence.

  • Haulage Coordination: Manage weekly haulage nominations, liaise with transport providers and resolve delivery issues efficiently.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track key operational KPIs, monitor service levels and assess haulage contractor performance against agreements.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (supply chain, logistics, engineering, economics or similar)
  • Experience within supply chain, logistics, energy or fuels (hedging exposure is advantageous but not essential)
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced Excel capability with strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
